Step 1 · At home

Before selling you need to erase the phone and sign out of your Apple ID, so all your data is removed. It takes about a minute.

Reset and erase the phone

Charge the phone to at least 20%

Remove case and screen protector

Clean and polish the phone thoroughly

Done! You're now ready to visit a Vendy kiosk.

Step 2 · At the kiosk

Connect with the USB cable

Tap the screen and connect your phone with the USB cable. We check the model, serial number and battery — and that it's been reset correctly.

Place the phone in the kiosk

Connect to the kiosk Wi-Fi and place the phone inside. We photograph it and assess the condition — from scratches and cracks to dents in the frame.

Get paid with Swish

You get a binding offer. Verify with BankID and receive the money instantly via Swish. You can cancel right up until the final confirmation.
