Our price offer is based on a thorough, detailed assessment of your phone’s functional and cosmetic condition. We look at everything from battery health and serial number to the number of scratches on the screen and back glass. You’ll also find our price list in the kiosk by tapping “See our price list” on the kiosk’s front screen. We adjust our prices weekly based on market demand for each individual model.
We pay you instantly via Swish! The money is in your account the very second the transaction is complete.
Yes, you can easily cancel the transaction and get your phone back if you’re not happy with the price.
No. Once you’ve accepted the price quote and been paid, the transaction is complete and we’re unable to return the device.
